As founder and managing partner at Crestan Consulting, Shalini serves Pre-IPO, hypergrowth startups and non-profit organizations across life sciences and technology sectors on all things compensation. A results-driven compensation consultant-turned-entrepreneur with a vision to enable businesses to achieve performance goals with effective and strategic compensation plans. Shalini partners with HR leaders and C-suite executives to institute global job frameworks, build pay structures, short and long-term incentive plans, and optimize resources to attract, motivate and retain key talent.

With a master's degree in human resources management with a major in compensation administration from the Golden Gate University in California, Shalini has well over 15 years of solid background and expertise in the world of rewards. She is also in process of becoming a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) through the World at Work organization.

In her free time, Shalini participates in singing collaborations, acts in award-winning short movies, loves the outdoors, and believes in the gift of giving through regular community service.
